The population is the English Education Study Program student totaling 335 persons with 110 respondents that have been determined using the Cohen formula. The sampling adopts the proportional stratified random sampling technique with Likert scale. The data analysis is examined quantitatively by applying descriptive statistics, simple correlation and two-tailed regression analysis with significance level of 0.05. The analysis output shows that the competence in supporting the subject matter, the classroom management, the communication effectiveness in the learning process all are categorized as moderate.
