Abstract

This study aims to design a business development strategy for royy.sply, a retail venture focused on buying and selling branded jackets. The business targets a young market segment that follows casual and streetwear fashion trends. A qualitative approach was used, employing SWOT analysis and the Business Model Canvas (BMC) to assess both internal and external business conditions.Data were collected through observations and interviews with consumers and similar market players. The analysis revealed that royy.sply holds competitive advantages but also faces challenges that require adaptive strategies. This research provides an applicable development plan to support the business’s future effectiveness and efficiency.
