This study aims to determine the influence of work discipline, motivation, and compensation on employee performance at PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk, Sragen Regency. The number of samples used was 76 respondents which was the result of the calculation of the Slovin formula. The analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and determination coefficient. The calculations use the SPSS program. The results of the study show that work discipline turns out to have a significant influence on performance. The calculation resultsĀ showed that the significance value obtained was less than 0,05, so that it showed that there was a significant influence. Motivation does not have a significant effect on performance. This can be seen as a significance figure of more than 0,05, so that it shows no significant influence. Compensation turns out to have a significant influence on performance. The calculation results showed that the significance value obtained was less than 0,05, indicating that there was a significant influence. Based on the F test, it shows that there is a simultaneous influence between work discipline, motivation, and simultaneous compensation on performance. This can be seen from the significance figure that is less than 0,05, so that it shows that there is a simultaneous influence. The coefficient of determination value obtained is 0,737, so that it can be concluded that work discipline, motivation, and compensation simultaneously have an influence of 73,7% on performance at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk.
