All submissions are double blind reviewed by peer reviewers.</p> </div> FAKULTAS EKONOMI UNWIDHA KLATEN en-US Widya Dharma Journal of Business - WIJoB 2829-3436 PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA, MOTIVASI, DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI PT JAPFA COMFEED INDONESIA TBK KABUPATEN SRAGEN https://journal.unwidha.ac.id/index.php/wijob/article/view/456 <p><em>This study aims to determine the influence of work discipline, motivation, and compensation on employee performance at PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk, Sragen Regency. The number of samples used was 76 respondents which was the result of the calculation of the Slovin formula. The analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and determination coefficient. The calculations use the SPSS program. The results of the study show that work discipline turns out to have a significant influence on performance. The calculation results&nbsp; showed that the significance value obtained was less than 0,05, so that it showed that there was a significant influence. Motivation does not have a significant effect on performance. This can be seen as a significance figure of more than 0,05, so that it shows no significant influence. Compensation turns out to have a significant influence on performance. The calculation results showed that the significance value obtained was less than 0,05, indicating that there was a significant influence. Based on the F test, it shows that there is a simultaneous influence between work discipline, motivation, and simultaneous compensation on performance. This can be seen from the significance figure that is less than 0,05, so that it shows that there is a simultaneous influence. The coefficient of determination value obtained is 0,737, so that it can be concluded that work discipline, motivation, and compensation simultaneously have an influence of 73,7% on performance at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk.</em></p> Mistyn Aditya Ningrum Saputri Kim Budiwinarto Copyright (c) 2025 Widya Dharma Journal of Business - WIJoB https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2025-10-30 2025-10-30 4 2 1 11 10.54840/wijob.v4i2.456 FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMENGARUHI LITERASI KEUANGAN PADA MAHASISWA UNIVERSITAS WIDYA DHARMA KALTEN https://journal.unwidha.ac.id/index.php/wijob/article/view/380 <p><em>This study aims to determine whether parental education level (X<sub>1</sub>), parental income (X<sub>2</sub>), student lifestyle (X<sub>3</sub>), social environment influence (X<sub>4</sub>), and financial education on college (X<sub>5</sub>) have an effect to students’ financial literacy (Y). </em><em>Questionnaires were utilized as the primary tool for collecting data from</em> <em>103 respondents, of which 71 were valid and usable. </em><em>This research employs several data analysis methods, such as descriptive analysis, instrument evaluation (including validity and reliability tests), and classical assumption tests, namely normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests </em><em>and statistical tests (t-test and F-test).The results of the study show that parental education level, parental income, student lifestyle, and financial education on college do not significantly effect to students' financial literacy. Keberhasilan dalam perusahaan dipengaruhi oleh kinerja para karyawannya. Gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi dalam perusahaan menjadi faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepercayaan diri debagai variabel pemediasi. Sebayak 100 karyawan di CV. Sari Kayu Jaya (SKJ 2) klaten menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi sebagai variabel independen dan kinerja sebagai variabel dependen serta kepercayaan diri sebagai variabel intervening. Analisis data menggunakan amos dengan teknik analisis uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas sebaran, uji data terpencil dan uji kesesuaian model (SEM). Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kepercayaan diri. Variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nexfood Inti Teknologi in Nabire Regency. The hypothesis of this study is that promotion, price, and service significantly influence customer satisfaction at PT. Nexffot Inti Teknologi, Nabire Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The sample in this study is the community who understand and know and use services or buy and who enjoy facilities, use services or buy and who enjoy facilities provided by PT. Nexfood Inti Teknologi in Nabire Regency. The data collection method used is a questionnaire and secondary data from literature studies. The data obtained has been tested for reliability and validity using validity and reliability tests. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, it shows that all variables have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously, the variables promotion, price, and service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Nexfood Inti Teknologi. The business targets a young market segment that follows casual and streetwear fashion trends. A qualitative approach was used, employing SWOT analysis and the Business Model Canvas (BMC) to assess both internal and external business conditions.Data were collected through observations and interviews with consumers and similar market players. The analysis revealed that royy.sply holds competitive advantages but also faces challenges that require adaptive strategies.
